Compliance with Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v) & GDPR
In accordance with Apple App Store Guidelines and global privacy laws, you have full authority to delete your Parallis account and purge all associated simulation records, profiles, and media at any time.
Option 1: Instant In-App Account Deletion (Recommended)
The fastest way to permanently erase your data is directly inside the iOS app:
- Open the Parallis app on your iPhone.
- Navigate to the Profile tab (top-right icon or bottom tab).
- Scroll down to the Legal & Support section.
- Tap Delete Account (highlighted in red) and confirm.
- Your account, simulation logs, profiles, and cloud assets will be permanently purged immediately.
Option 2: Online Deletion Request Form
If you no longer have access to the iOS application, fill out the request form below. Our data protection team will process your deletion request within 24 hours:
